We will see buildings that Louis and Charlotte built in Medford. We will also tour the Holly Theater, currently under renovation, and learn how forward-thinking Louis and his partner were. We will end the tour by driving to the cemetery where Louis and Charlotte are interred.

About the event
Louis built the Holly Theater using many innovative techniques for the time. He also built other commercial structures in Medford. We will also visit the mausoleum at Eastwood IOOF Cemetery that Louis built where he and Charlotte are interred.
